Three days set aside so you can feel Grasmoor View properly not rush a sales tour.

Here's what's waiting for you:

Explore the Park

Walk a premium, low-density park at your own pace. Gated, calm, and built for privacy — not pitch-on-pitch holiday noise.

Step Inside the Homes

Tour available new and pre-owned luxury lodges, from homes starting at £49,995 through to premium options. See the quality up close.

Meet the Team

Be welcomed by the Stewart Leisure team who know this park inside out. Ask anything. No question is too small, and nothing is pushy.

Experience Owner Life

Stand on the decking. Take in the fells. Get a real sense of what "yours whenever you need it" actually feels like.

Complimentary Refreshments

Food and drink on us throughout the weekend. Bring whoever you'd share the decision with.

Why People Choose

Grasmoor View

Peace You Can Actually Feel.

Most holiday parks are crowded, noisy, and built for throughput. Grasmoor View is the opposite by design small, exclusive, low density, and genuinely calm. The kind of place you choose when you've earned the quiet and you're done compromising on it.

A Gated Retreat, Not a Busy Resort.

Secure gated community. Resident wardens and CCTV. Private driveways. Open 12 months of the year, pets welcome. This is an owners' escape on the quieter western side of the Lakes not arcades, day-trippers, or commercial noise.

The Quieter Lakes on Your Doorstep.

Minutes from Cockermouth. Close to Loweswater, Crummock Water and Ennerdale. Easy reach of Keswick, Whitehaven and the coast. Walking from the doorstep. Golf nearby. All the Lakes, without the crush.

ABOUT GRASMOOR VIEW

Grasmoor View sits on the edge of the Lake District National Park — a private, peaceful retreat with views across the fells, minutes from Cockermouth and the quieter side of the Lakes. Family owned and operated. Premium without pretension. Lodges here don't sit on top of each other, and the park stays calm because it was designed that way. Whether you want a place the whole family can escape to, or a quieter base that's yours year after year, this is where that decision gets real.

Your Questions,

Answered

Is the open weekend really free to attend?

Yes, completely. No entry fee, no hidden costs, and no obligation to buy anything. Refreshments are on us throughout the day.

Do I have to be ready to buy a lodge?

Not at all. Most visitors come simply to explore the idea and walk the park. Some leave ready to move forward. Many leave with clarity and time to think. Both are welcome.

Can I bring my family?

Absolutely. Bring partners, children, parents anyone who'd be part of the decision. Just let us know your party size when you book.

Are dogs welcome?

Yes. Pets are welcome at Grasmoor View, and well-behaved dogs on leads are fine for your visit.

Is there parking on-site?

Yes, free parking is available at the park. Directions and parking notes will come with your confirmation email.

How long does a visit take?

Plan for around 60 to 90 minutes for your tour and lodge walkthroughs. Stay longer if you want to take in the setting properly there's no rush.

What if I already own a holiday home, caravan or lodge?

Part exchange can make upgrading simpler. Mention it when you book or on the day, and the team can talk you through how it works.

What if I can't make any of the dates?

Get in touch and we'll arrange a private viewing at a time that suits you.

Is it really as quiet as you say?

Yes. Grasmoor View is deliberately small and low density gated, secure, with resident wardens and CCTV so it stays calm year round. This is a retreat, not a busy holiday camp.

Three Days. One Place That Could Change How You Escape.

Grasmoor View isn't a week in a crowded park. It's a lodge of your own on the edge of the Lakes

gated, peaceful, and waiting whenever the world gets too loud. Lodges here are limited by design.

Come and see the views with your own eyes on the 28th, 29th or 30th of August.
